WEST will set the terms for each new client on an individual basis.

Generally, for your first order a 50% deposit is requested to proceed, with the remaining balance invoiced under Net 30 terms. As long as a good credit standing is maintained, your organization will then enjoy full Net 30 terms on all future orders. Incentives may be offered for faster methods of payment. WEST accepts all major credit cards along with company cheques and wire transfers. We value our relationships with our clients, so special terms may be arranged under certain circumstances if needed. Prices for Canadian customers are presented in Canadian dollars, US customers receive quotations and invoices in US dollars.

WEST offers special incentives and pricing for qualifying customers interested in entering into a contractual agreement for the management and production of promotional goods. Details on this service can be provided by request.

Special requests, adjustments, and changes are available on all our custom garments, however, changes may affect both the cost and the delivery date. An accurate quotation will be prepared for you when all the details have been discussed and arranged.

Our prices include freight to any location in Alberta. All other shipments will be charged for freight based upon the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order. In many cases, we can arrange for your goods to ship directly from a supplier that is geographically close to you, saving both time in transit and freight cost. All goods shipped from Canada to an international destination will be pre-cleared through customs on your behalf. If duty applies, you will be informed in advance and invoiced accordingly. International orders are exempt of the Canadian GST tax.

Even with the highest standards of quality control, errors may occasionally occur. WEST will never charge you for any products that are damaged, missing, or defective. Certain items can have small over or under-runs during production, we consider 5% over or under a reasonable variance.
